Talking about its memory and storage part, it has 4GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive. The device is running Windows 8 OS. 1. I have just got one of these for my father-in-law. A very good AIO at a very good price. The first one did go back because of a faulty screen (dead pixels) , but ASDA replaced it quickly and without hassle. - one pont this is not a pc for gamers it only has Intel HD graphics 2500 graphics. but for internet Facebook etc its great. Plus has a very large HDD for storing loads of photos etc.

  2. Medion. What a terrible, terrible company.

We ordered one of these machines, from Asda, but returned it, as the model Asda sell is not the Akoya P2004 DR AIO. The few extra letters on the end are important enough to get you TV access, with a [very cheaply made] remote control. Apart from that both models seem identical.

You can order the P2004 dr aio version directly from Medion, via their website, as we did. Unfortunately the new puppy got hold of the remote control, and damaged it, so we called Medion, who informed us they do not keep spare parts. Ridiculos right?

They told me that they could have another remote made, but it would be in India at their manufacturing facility. [Medion is a solely Indian owned and run company] They have an outlet in Germany.

He initially told me it would cost me 5 euros, which seemed fine. But I would have to send back the remote to them first.

    So far so good.

They then sent me an envelope along with a letter, informing me it would cost me over £50, to have a new remote sent out to me.

Yes folks, Medion is actually a small company, which does not carry replacement parts, for brand new models, for you to buy, in case you need them, and will try and charge you an exorbitant extortionate fee, if you lose or damage something as simple as a very flimsy cheap remote control. [The buttons on the remote control, are not all on the PC, so you cannot use it as you should be able to]

On top of that they are extremely arrogant and rude.

A few years back, when they were based in the uk, I ordered one of their systems, which I paid for, only to recieve an email telling me they told me they had no stock left of that model.

They then paid the £600 back into another persons account who happened to have the same last name as me!!!!

They were very arrogant then as well, adamant that they had never recieved any money from me in the first place!

STAY WELL CLEAR of MEDION if you dont want serious hassle further down the line

    They're just not worth it.
